Tana Bridge, PhD, ACSW

Tana Bridge is an assistant professor at Eastern Michigan University School of Social Work. Having worked in the field of Social Work for the past 18 years what struck her the most was the amount of trauma experienced by so many. Committed to evidenced-based practice she found methods taught by TLC to be outstanding with not only those experiencing trauma responses but also with those experiencing complicated grief.

Presently Tana teaches theory, practice, and research courses and provides administration and research on child welfare grants. Dr. Bridge remains active with consulting individuals, families, community organizations and other professionals specific to loss and grief in children/teens, and working through trauma.
