While this is primarily a web-based service, parents and caregivers also have
the option to contact our clinical consulting staff. TLC staff members are available to help parents evaluate where a child
stands on the continuum of grief and trauma; offer parents support and guidance;
provide information for additional resources; and, if needed, refer parents
