Ms. Monica Wong is an author, psychotherapist, professional counselor, founder of the Psycho-Art Therapy Association, advisor of the Eugene Group, academic director of the Psycho-Adventure Training Center and founder of the Society for Junior Writers of Hong Kong. She conducts workshops of Projective Drawing (with practicum courses), Enneagram and Storytelling at CUHK frequently since 2006. She has often been invited to conduct seminars and courses for universities and colleges, secondary and primary schools, enterprises and non-profit organizations.
She is the author and host of Stories from Afar and Success Stories Series, both large-scale televised documentaries. Graduated from Philosophy in the Chinese University of Hong Kong, she has done attentive research in psychology in recent years and got her master’s degree in counseling from Monash University in Australia. She has been going abroad to follow the world-class psychotherapy master, Mr Michael White, Cathy Malchiodi and Cornelia Elbrecht, for studying Narrative Therapy and Art Therapy. She is pursuing her research in Clinical Psychology. She is also the co-writer of best-seller books, Open the Locks of the Hearts ---Enneagram, Draw the Feeling from Your Heart---Projective Drawing, Walking Away From the Ruin of the Heart ---Case study of Projective Drawing and Narrative Therapy and Happiness Is Around the Corner of Life.
